SP777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

Welcome to SP777. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you and sp777 in relation to your use of the sp777 website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all associated services. These Terms apply to every player who creates an account on sp777, regardless of where they are located.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details. Your sp777 account login credentials — username and password — are personal to you. Do not share them with anyone. SP777 will never ask you for your password. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact sp777 support immediately at support@sp777.im and change your password without delay.

All transactions on sp777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your sp777 wallet — no hidden deductions, no exchange rate surprises.

SP777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your sp777 wallet instantly in most cases. Occasional delays may occur due to network or banking system issues outside sp777's control.
• Only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. SP777 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Any deposit found to have originated from a payment method not belonging to the account holder will result in withdrawal restrictions until the source is verified.
• SP777 does not accept deposits made with funds obtained through illegal means. By depositing on sp777, you confirm that your funds are from lawful sources.
• SP777 may impose deposit limits on your account at its discretion, particularly as part of responsible gaming measures. You can also set your own deposit limits through the account settings — these are encouraged and can be adjusted with a cooling-off period.

SP777 processes withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. The vast majority of withdrawal requests complete within minutes of submission, though some payment method timelines may vary. SP777 targets a maximum processing time of 24 hours for verified accounts.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per request.
• Withdrawals will be paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless verification has been completed for an alternative method registered in your name.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, sp777 will confirm your identity. This typically requires a valid CNIC, a selfie photo and confirmation of your payment method. This is a standard requirement — not a delay tactic — and is designed to protect your account.
• If an active bonus is attached to your account, the associated wagering requirements must be completed before you can withdraw bonus-derived funds. Deposited funds (not derived from bonus activity) may be withdrawable without meeting wagering requirements, subject to verification.
• SP777 may delay or withhold a withdrawal while investigating suspected fraud, bonus abuse, duplicate account activity or money laundering. In such cases, sp777 will notify you and may request additional documentation.

SP777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time they are offered, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: All sp777 bonuses carry wagering (turnover) requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each individual bonus offer before it is accepted.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus can be held in your sp777 account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing one is active may require you to forfeit the existing bonus first.

Any account found to be abusing the bonus system will have its bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended from sp777.

SP777 offers a range of casino games including live dealer games, RNG (Random Number Generator) slots, Andar Bahar, fishing games, virtual sports and table games. All games operate under the specific rules published within each game's interface, which are incorporated into these Terms.

• RNG games at sp777 use certified random number generation technology. The outcome of every spin, deal or draw is genuinely random and not influenced by previous outcomes or the size of the bet.
• Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios using real physical equipment and professional human dealers. Outcomes are determined by real-world events (card deals, roulette spins) and are not pre-determined in any way.
• In the event of a technical malfunction — including connection failures, game crashes or server errors — all bets affected by the malfunction will be voided and stakes returned to your sp777 wallet. Winnings from a round affected by a technical error will not be paid.
• SP777 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — for example, where incorrect odds, incorrect payouts or system errors resulted in a bet being accepted at terms that do not reflect the intended offer. In such cases, the stake is returned to your wallet without deduction.

• Bet acceptance: A sports bet is not confirmed until sp777 displays an acceptance confirmation and a bet reference number. If the odds change or a market closes between you submitting your bet and sp777 processing it, the bet may not be accepted.
• Abandoned matches: If a match is officially abandoned before the minimum time required for the market to be determined (as stated in individual sport rules), all bets on that market are voided and stakes returned. Bets on markets already determined before the abandonment will stand as settled.
• In-play betting: SP777 offers live in-play markets on cricket and other sports. In-play odds update in real time. By placing an in-play bet, you accept that the odds displayed may not reflect the exact state of play at the moment your bet is confirmed, given network latency.
• DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern): For cricket matches affected by rain or other interruptions, all match-level bets are settled on the official DLS result where a result is reached. If no result is reached, all match-level bets are voided.
• Obvious errors: SP777 reserves the right to void bets placed at prices that were clearly published in error — for example, odds that are significantly out of line with market consensus due to a data or system error.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum winnings per single bet event at sp777 are Rs 1,000,000. Accumulator bets are subject to separate maximum payout limits stated in the sp777 sportsbook.

SP777 is committed to providing a fair, transparent and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sp777 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential legal action:

• Using any form of automated software, bot, script or artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games or exploit any function of the sp777 platform.

• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or use of automated software.
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. SP777 will contact you on your registered contact details before taking any action on an inactive account.

You may also close your own sp777 account at any time by contacting support at support@sp777.im. Any available balance in your wallet at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, provided your identity has been verified and there are no outstanding compliance holds.

SP777 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, sp777 will notify registered players via email or on-platform notification, and the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of sp777 following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you may close your account by contacting support before the revised Terms take effect.
